What is the Guardian Renewal Project?

The Guardian Renewal Project is a free, online, PTSD support group designed specifically for veterans and first responders. Over the course of 12 weeks, you’ll work one-on-one with a mentor who has walked a similar path, learning how to process trauma, rebuild relationships, and reconnect with your faith.

Traditional counseling can help, but this program offers something deeper. It’s a free, faith-based, online experience where veterans and first responders gain more than support—they gain family.

You’ll walk through a 12-week journey designed to help you process trauma, rebuild relationships, and reconnect with purpose. Unlike typical sessions, you’re not just a client—you become part of a lifelong brotherhood, with ongoing community, group check-ins, and the chance to help others heal.

Yes, the program is 100% free for veterans and first responders. It costs us $3,600 per person to provide this program, but thanks to generous donors and sponsors, we cover that cost for you.
